What EndorseHQ needed

When I joined EndorseHQ, they had developed a quality testimonials management SaaS tool to directly compete with the established testimonial tools on the market.​

However...

​

Even though businesses were signing up to their free plan, very few upgraded to the paid plan.

​

As soon as the founder filled in the partner request form on this very site and I took a look over their website, and signed-up to their platform...

​

I spotted instantly that although the platform itself was solid, the positioning was all wrong, as I spotted a golden nugget in the SaaS platform that sparked my interest.

As it hasn't been that long since we made my growth partner position formal and legal, we are at the early stage.

 

However... In such a short space of time we have...

 

  • refined the tool and continue to develop it.

  • re-positioned EndorseHQ from just another testimonials management platform lost in the sea of big players - to a customer growth engine.

  • re-framed the messaging and sales journey.

  • crafted the content on the website to align with customer growth.

  • started to record a tutorial series to ensure our EndorseHQ customer gain the biggest positive impact from using our SaaS platform.

Getting the positioning, messaging right and laying a solid foundation is so important before you can even start to think about growth. In fact, laying the foundation is an essential step in growth.

Why I wanted to partner with EndorseHQ

​When Rich (the founder) first messaged me on X (Twitter) we got chatting as he was interested in the Groqet growth partnership model. I asked him to be totally honest with me. After a few days of chatting online, I asked him to complete the form out on this site and we had a video call a few days later.

 

The founder is a highly skilled IT person with a solid development background who totally understood how to make a fantastic robust SaaS platform. But...

Marketing and growth was just not his thing.

During our chat, Rich mentioned someone who he had been working with which was a name that I've known for years and highly trust. I then asked them if I would be doing the right ting to partner with Rich, his exact reply was...
